Welcome to e-vardia. By accessing or using our website and scheduling application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Terms

e-vardia operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Billing Cycles: We offer both monthly and annual billing cycles, processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds for the unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by law.

2. Account Responsibilities

As an admin or manager using e-vardia, you are solely responsible for the content and actions within your workspace.

  • Schedule Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of schedules, time-off approvals, and all data inputted into the system.
  • Employee Access: You must ensure that only authorized employees receive manager-level or admin-level credentials via Role-based Management.
  • Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and the tokenized Magic Links used for inviting staff.

3. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a reliable and fast experience for all clients, you agree to abide by our Fair Use Policy.

  • No Scraping: You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or similar data-mining tools to extract or scrape data from the e-vardia dashboard.
  • No Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to reverse engineer the application or bypass the service's API rate-limiters.
  • Account Limits: Accounts must strictly adhere to the employee limits outlined in their purchased pricing tier (Starter, Growth, Pro). Sharing accounts across multiple corporate entities is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

e-vardia is a software tool created to assist with internal workforce scheduling and time tracking. It is not a legal advisor, an HR consultancy, or an accounting firm.

  • Compliance Responsibility: While we offer structural data exports and ERGANH compatibility, the ultimate responsibility for complying with Greek, Cypriot, or EU labor laws rests entirely with your business.
  • No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, data loss, or absolute infallibility.
  • Damages: Under no circumstances shall e-vardia or its parent entities be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Notice of Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If making substantial changes (e.g., changes directly altering your rights or impacting ERGANH sync functionalities), we will provide all account owners with at least 30 days notice via email.
